Two years after his untimely death in April 2016, the Prince estate along with Warner Bros. Records have announced a new album from the music icon, to commemorate what would have been his 60th birthday (June 7).
There are few artists in contemporary music as mysterious as Frank Ocean. His songs and albums are released seemingly on a whim, sometimes weeks or years apart. In 2016, Ocean released two surprise albums—his first full records in four years. Then, last year, he released a handful of unannounced singles, including “Provider,” “Biking,” and “Chanel.”

XXLMAG-Vic Mensa is having one hell of a year. The 2014 XXL Freshman recently gave away a four-song EP entitled The Manuscript in preparation for his official debut album The Autobiography, scheduled for an official release on July 28. While promoting the album across the country, Vic recently stopped by Big Boy’s Neighborhood to speak on the drop, and during the conversation he said JAY-Z advised him to take a certain diss line off the LP.
